All of the beautiful new homes have arrived here at Country Club Estates, it’s quite a sight to behold!
These much anticipated homes have landed in their spaces and our builders are working on getting the homes “married”. Marrying the home is a term we use to describe the process of combining the two sides of the home to one. Each side of the home is placed close to the other and located properly in the homesite. Our builder places the home on the pier block foundation, levels the home, secures both sides together and straps the home down. This process includes combining the roof line at the top of the home, and closing up the “marriage line” on the exterior of the two sides of the home. Once that is all complete we hook the home up to the utilities, add skirting and install the steps. After the home is married we move to completing the interior of the home. This is just the tip of the iceberg on the items that are completed during the installation of these beautiful new homes. Several of our home arrivals are in the process of being married, and the others will be married soon.
While we are completing the home installations, Snohomish County will be doing work on Locust Road. We will see road closures on Locust way throughout the month of October.
