It is a season of change. Early this month, we were still experiencing snow and hail. As we approach mid-month, the seasons are finally changing. We are seeing the flowers and trees begin their springtime bloom, and with that, we are seeing many changes in the Country Club Expansion area. As the flowers make their way to the surface, changes are sprouting up all over the expansion area. Large retaining walls are being erected, underground power work is in progress, gas lines are being worked on, and the home pads are looking more and more beautiful all the time. We are expecting homes to begin arriving in April/May. The area is really starting to take shape.
At this point we believe that all of the homes are pre-sold, but that is subject to change as quickly as the seasons. Those lucky few that were able to secure a home in our beautiful community are looking forward to beginning their journey home, and we are looking forward to having new wonderful neighbors.
