October is a wonderful time of year! The weather is cooling and the leaves are starting to fall. Pumpkin spice is in the air and pies and cookies are everywhere. We are very grateful for all of the good things that this year has brought us. The universe is famous for providing some unexpected challenges, and while we have begun to adjust to the pandemic, some things have not gone according to plan. This has caused our journey to take a few unexpected detours. There have been some delays in the expansion area but we will continue to journey toward our ultimate goal, providing amazing new manufactured homes in our community to lovely new neighbors. The adjusted time frame has allowed us the opportunity to meet even more prospective neighbors, and to them we say “Hello and welcome”! Thank you for joining us!
