Snow is beautiful but it can cause weather delays. The snow that arrived here at Country Club Estates was a beautiful sight. Our entire community was a winter wonderland! There were areas that are up to 7 inches of snow right here in our community.
Our snow plows came to the rescue for community driving, but the frozen ground and snow has caused some delays in our expansion area. After the snow, we were happy to see some rain showers arrive to wash away the snow. The rain is lovely on the porch with a cup of coffee, but it has continued to rain and rain. We are now experiencing rain delays in the expansion area.
But there is sunshine on the horizon. We look forward to getting our construction crews back to work when the weather allows. Once the infrastructure is complete, these 19 new homes will arrive rain or shine. We have pre-sold several of these great homes and we will be welcoming new neighbors to the community when they are complete. Won’t you join us?
